Thought I'd like a place to store clips of opera arias and classical songs I've experienced or that I love from recordings. So I could access/hear them whenever I liked.

nice to see this link on your other blog - and this trio has remained my desert island piece of music for...well... a long time. orgasmic.
Dear Nick,
I have been enjoying your original blog for some time -- and now this! I feel like you are a kindred spirit oh so far away. The Melba Mad scene is from 1910, btw (I think). I am hoping to get to Australia next year on tour with my singing group, and make a pilgrimage to Melba's house.
Thank you a million times for branching out like this, Nick.
I simply love this blog, the idea of it gives me a reason to come (no pun intended, OK?) online each day - plus: this one particularly entry addresses one of my most aching needs, musically speaking. Perhaps I am far too lazy in digging/mining/searching youtube & similar sites for my musical nectar. Yes. I am.
So...
Very much in your..very much in awe, very much obliged ;)
